  • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)

    GSH specializes in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Operations & Maintenance (O&M). Our building engineers and HVAC technicians possess extensive knowledge in varied operations, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, parts replacement, project management, and consulting services. Keeping facilities properly maintained and running at peak efficiency, our services include:

    • Adjusting, repairing, or replacing defective controls, wiring, and compressors
    • Testing for and repairing coolant leaks
    • Reclaiming existing coolant and charging with applicable coolant

    • Predictive testing and inspection (PT&I): Utilizing measuring tools, such as vibration analysis or infrared thermograph, to predict failures
    • Condition-Based: Using BAS e.g., sensor detection for replacing compromised AHU filters
    • Statistics-Based: Using a database of Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) or Trend Analyses to anticipate failures
    • Time-Based: Typically recommended by manufacturers e.g., monthly lubrications
  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Services
