GSH Group, a global integrated facilities management company headquartered in Parsippany, NJ, continues to expand our building engineering services into the educational sector of California. GSH recently won a contract with UC Hastings Law School located in San Francisco, California.
GSH services this contract with a team of dedicated stationary engineers. The on-site engineers are responsible for supervising the performance and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and craft services. This includes the operation within design capabilities and achieving proper environmental conditions prescribed by facilities, overseeing and supervising the efficient operations of the facility equipment and systems, perform requisite daily communication with facilities on matters relating to the services performed, develop operating instructions and procedures for equipment and systems. GSH’s engineers ensure that they are adhering to all safety regulations and laws. In addition, GSH carries out policies and procedures of UC Hastings concerning safety, administrative administration, standards, practices, and work methods.
