GSH Group, a global integrated facilities management company headquartered in Parsippany, NJ, continues its winning streak into the winter season with a contract from the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.

GSH now maintains Metropolitan Water District’s (MWD) headquarters and Diamond Valley Lake Visitor Center (DVL), totaling more than 560,000 square feet. Metropolitan’s headquarters consists of a 12-story tower with a five-story annex, two-level underground parking garage, and a courtyard. The DVL location consists of the single-story Visitor Center.

GSH provides MWD with qualified building operating engineers and maintenance technicians to perform building repairs; monitor and maintain all HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, life safety systems, and painting services; and provides minor construction services.

GSH’s Regional Director of Operations, Reginald Denson, states, “I have read several books on the history of getting water to Southern California. I’m excited about the opportunity to work with the Metropolitan Water District. For those who know the history of Southern California, the distribution of water was key to its initial beginnings and continues to be a vital component in its growth. Metropolitan was born out of the realization that Southern Californians had to unite to solve their water problems. Working with the organization that is at the center of that effort, is truly a fascinating educational experience.”
