2022 Women’s History Month

GSH Group celebrates all the women of our company and of the Facilities Management industry who continue to make this business better every day!

For Women’s history month, we honored three amazing women who have reached career milestones with GSH, Elena Caruso-Gryczko (10 years), Kristy Wallis (15 years), and Nicola McDonald (25 years). Congratulations ladies, on this momentous achievement in your careers!

Another woman GSH celebrates is Brooke Laskowsky, a valued member of our California operations supporting our Los Angeles and San Diego markets. Thank you, Brooke, for everything you do and for being a part of our history!

GSH also celebrates Chief Engineer, Marie Beunaiche! Blazing a trail for upcoming generations of women in facilities management and engineering, Marie shared her story of success and her outlook on the growing number of aspiring women in the industry. Thank you, Marie, for being a part of our history, leading by example, and inspiring others to follow in your footsteps!

The GSH spotlight shines on Office Manager and Administrator, Wendy Payne! Wendy serves a vital role in supporting the ongoing success of our California operations in the San Francisco and greater Bay Area markets. She’s always there to help our regional managers and epitomizes what it means to be accountable, reliable, and dedicated to her craft. Thank you, Wendy, for being a rock for others in our company and being a part of our history!

The GSH Employee Spotlight travels to our European operations and shines on Laetitia Feigeles! From her continuous hard work assisting in the mobilization of new contracts to ensuring client satisfaction, Laetitia is never one to shy away from the task at hand but rather sees it through to completion. Thank you, Laetitia, for being someone GSH can count on to deliver, and for being a part of our history!

Finally, we shine the spotlight on GSH Logistics Manager, Amy Santos! Amy has been a consummate performer for GSH for over 15 years and always faces each new challenge with determination and professionalism. A driving force behind GSH’s continued success, Amy has been instrumental in supporting our internal Financial Department for many years before transitioning to support our NYCHA operations. Thank you, Amy, for being an outstanding leader, a friend to all, and part of our GSH history!

2022 BOMA March Madness Mixer

Tis the season for college basketball and the March Madness tournament! GSH’s own Joe Annino and Alberto Giannecchini attended the BOMA Oakland/East Bay March Madness Member Mixer. The event yielded a sellout crowd and was the perfect evening for gathering together to network and watch the games/brackets unfold!

There was a great turnout at the event and a good time was had by all!

2022 Career Fair at Cal State

In today’s Facilities Management industry, there is inherent value in discovering great, young talent in the engineering field with the ever-growing demand for aspiring trades professionals. GSH’s Ken CadorinJoe Annino, and Alberto Giannecchini attended the Spring 2022 Career Fair at California State University Maritime Academy in Vallejo, CA.

Our Bay Area leadership met with students to talk about the industry and joining our talented engineering and facility management team upon graduation. There was a great turnout at the event and a good time was had by all!
